What is your guarantee?
Every iron is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if it isn't right, send it back within 30 days for a refund. You cover return shipping, and the guarantee is void if the iron is abused, damaged, or misused. Any iron can also be rebuilt for life to factory-new standards. And before any iron leaves the shop, it goes on the test stand — heated up, temperature set, and verified with a multimeter.
Are the irons in stock?
We ship from Cibolo, Texas. Finished-stock availability and lead time vary by model; confirm urgent orders before promising same-day dispatch.
How do you ship?
Orders ship from Cibolo, Texas by USPS Priority Mail, with tracking on every shipment. UPS and FedEx are available on request.
How do I pay?
Every order is paid in full up front — by card through Stripe's secure checkout, or by PayPal with PayPal Purchase Protection.
Do you take purchase orders?
We print a PO number on your invoice for your records. Payment is still made up front. See the Business page.
Do you offer a rebuild service?
Yes. Ship us your worn irons and we rebuild them to factory-new standards with a new stand, ready for years more work. Rebuild prices start at $250.
Can I upgrade an iron to Deluxe Plus?
Yes. When you send in a Deluxe 2x5, Deluxe Solid Bar, or Deluxe Camel Wides iron, add $150 to update it to the Deluxe Plus version.

What is a Deluxe Plus iron?
Deluxe Plus irons add an illuminated on/off power switch and an over-temp switch that cuts power above 450 degrees and restores it when the iron cools.
Which iron do I need for Camel Wides?
The Camel Wides irons stamp whole 10-pack cartons using 15-across stamp paper, peg hole to peg hole. This iron takes a learning curve, and full instructions are included.
