Every order is prepaid. We ship after payment clears. Orders ship from Cibolo, Texas by USPS Priority Mail, with tracking on every shipment. UPS and FedEx are available on request. Shipping and handling are added to the price of the iron.

Lead time depends on the model and finished-stock availability. Rebuilds ship once the work is complete.

30-day money-back guarantee

Every iron is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If an iron is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The buyer pays return shipping. The guarantee is void if the iron has been abused, damaged, or misused.

To start a return, email orders@stampiron.com before shipping anything back, so we can confirm the reason and give you the correct return address. We cannot accept returns that arrive without contacting us first.

If an iron arrives damaged, keep the packaging and tell us right away so we can help with the carrier.
