Shipping & returns

This page covers how orders ship, the warranty on each iron, and how to start a return.

Every order is prepaid. We ship after payment clears. Orders ship from Cibolo, Texas by USPS Priority Mail, with tracking on every shipment. UPS and FedEx are available on request. Shipping and handling are added to the price of the iron.

Lead time depends on the model and finished-stock availability. Rebuilds ship once the work is complete.

Each new and rebuilt iron carries a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If an iron fails within that period, we repair or replace it at our option. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from operation outside the included instructions.

Returns start with a message. Contact us through the order form or from any product page before shipping anything back, so we can confirm the reason and give you the correct return address. We cannot accept returns that arrive without contacting us first.

If an iron arrives damaged, keep the packaging and tell us right away so we can help with the carrier.
