How we work
Terms for wholesalers and agents
- Every order is paid in full up front. No net terms, no credit, no exceptions.
- We print a PO number on your invoice for your records. Payment is still made up front.
- A W-9 is available on request.
- Pay by credit card or PayPal through the same secure hosted checkout. PayPal takes most credit cards without a PayPal account.
- Orders ship from Cibolo, Texas by USPS Priority Mail, with tracking on every shipment.
- Buying on a purchase order, or need a volume quote? Send your models and quantities and we will email you a PayPal invoice with your PO number on it.
Purchase orders
Purchase orders are welcome on a prepaid basis. We print your PO number on the invoice for your records, and payment is still made up front.
100% prepaid
Every order is paid in full up front — by card through Stripe’s secure checkout, or by PayPal with PayPal Purchase Protection. A W-9 is available on request.
Shipping
Orders ship from Cibolo, Texas by USPS Priority Mail, with tracking on every shipment. UPS and FedEx are available on request.
