Machine Magic 2000 is owned and operated by Glen Burns in Cibolo, Texas. We opened in August 2000 and have treated our customers like part of the family ever since. We machine and manufacture everything from raw materials, and each iron is hand assembled.

1980
Into the trade
Glen Burns enters the cigarette tax stamping industry, the start of a 40-year career.
2000
Machine Magic 2000 opens
Glen and Lynn Burns open the shop at 121 Peterson Lane, Cibolo, Texas. Together, they make it happen.
2003
First website
machinemagic2000.com goes live with eight hand-iron styles, reconditioning, and training videos.
2007
R.E.D. Stamp dealer
Machine Magic 2000 becomes an authorized sales representative and service provider for R.E.D. Stamp automatic machines. PayPal is accepted.
2013
Page-per-product redesign
The site is rebuilt around one page per product, the structure still in use today.
2020
Warranty grows to 90 days
Mini bar irons and the hot glue carton opener join the line. The guarantee grows from 30 to 90 days.
2023
Deluxe Plus arrives
The Deluxe Plus series adds an illuminated power switch and a 450-degree over-temp shutoff.
2026
Still hand-built in Cibolo
Same address, same bench. Glen still machines and assembles every iron.
