Terms of sale

These terms apply to irons and rebuild services sold by Machine Magic 2000 under the Stamp Iron name. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our irons are sold for lawful cigarette tax stamping by licensed wholesalers and stamping agents. You are responsible for holding any license your work requires and for using the iron in line with the law where you operate.

Every order is paid in full up front. We ship after payment clears. Prices are shown per iron and do not include shipping and handling.

Each new and rebuilt iron is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If an iron is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The buyer pays return shipping. The guarantee is void if the iron is abused, damaged, or misused.

The guarantee above is the only guarantee we offer, and the irons are otherwise sold as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the iron or rebuild.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
